Refund Policy for Beleza Skin by Andrea

At Beleza Skin by Andrea, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Services: Refunds for services, including appointments or treatments, are generally not available. However, if you experience a legitimate issue with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

2. Timeframe for Refunds

  • Products: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Services: Any concerns about services must be raised within 7 days of the service date. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Products:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact us at andrea@belezaskin.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

    • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

    • Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Services:

    • If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us at andrea@belezaskin.com within 7 days of the service date. Provide details of your experience, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

4. Refund Processing

  • Products: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Services: If a refund or credit is approved for a service, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Downloadable software products

  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at andrea@belezaskin.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same criteria as returns.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
